Shipping & Services

Most orders are processed through our warehouse within 24 business hours of receipt and may be shipped via Standard, Premium or Express delivery.

Father's Day Delivery

To receive products by Father's Day, please order by June 9th at noon EST for standard delivery, by June 12th at noon EST for premium delivery and by June 13th at noon EST for express delivery. Canadian shipments for Father's Day should be ordered by June 5th at noon EST. Please note shipping timeframes listed within shopping bag and checkout by item. These cut off dates apply to those that indicate they are available for immediate shipment.

Standard

Items shipped via Standard delivery usually take 3 to 5 business days once they've been shipped. Shipping and Service Charges include apportioned shipping, order processing, packaging, returns processing, credit services, customer service and other costs related to serving you at your home.

Merchandise total is based on product prices only and does not include extras such as gift wrap.

Please note that Free Shipping offers are only valid for qualifying orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states. Shipping and Service charges are subject to change.

Premium

Items shipped via Premium delivery usually take 2 to 3 business days once they've been shipped.Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.

• Orders under 10 lbs. and not Oversized (Oversized is indicated with  icon), Add $12.95 to Standard Shipping & Services charges.
• Orders over 10 lbs. or Oversized, call 1-800-321-1484 or email customerservice@hammacher.com for a quote.
• Please call 1-800-321-1484 to ship via Premium service to Canada or 1-513-860-3397 to ship via Premium service to International addresses outside of Canada.

Express

Items shipped via Express delivery usually take 1 to 2 business days once they've been shipped.Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.

Truck Ship Items

Items shipped via truck, indicated by ( ), may require customer assistance upon delivery. You will be contacted to make an appointment for delivery. Any special shipping charges will be shown in parentheses on the product page and are in addition to standard shipping & service charges. Truck shipments to Canada will incur an additional $100 charge.

Special Shipping Charges may apply on any item and will be shown in parentheses on the product page. This charge is in addition to standard shipping & service charges.
