This siphon converts ordinary water into fresh sparkling water in 30 seconds. You can customize the amount of carbonation by pressing the lever once or twice for light fizz or three or four times for vigorous effervescence. The water is carbonated directly inside the two included glass carafes that fit in the base of the siphon. The carafes hold up to 20-oz. of water and have hermetically sealed lids that maintain carbonation for up to a week. The siphon is made from stainless steel and ABS plastic with aluminum fittings. Includes two CO2 cartridges that each carbonate up to 1,200 oz. of water (60 carafes); instructions are provided for ordering additional cartridges from the manufacturer. 18" H x 8" W x 5" D.
