The trainer's vibration causes muscles to involuntarily contract 30 to 40 times per second, stimulating circulation, strengthening bones, stretching tendons and deep-lying pelvic muscles, resulting in faster recovery after workouts. Medical studies conducted over a 20-year period have shown that Whole Body Vibration causes less microtrauma to muscles than conventional weight training. The trainer's platform is made of durable fiber-reinforced plastic supported by a sturdy steel frame, enabling it to support up to 300 lbs.
