The Donegal Nepp Sweater.

The colorful, thick wool slubs that compose this sweater were spun in the last remaining true Donegal "Nepp" spinning mill in the world. For centuries, Donegal Nepp--or tweed--has been renowned for its rich, varied colors that reflect the different tones and textures of Ireland's heather-clad hills and rocky cliffsides. It is made from 100% Merino wool with fibers 27 microns in length that provide exceptional warmth, compared to longer, coarser 28-32 micron fibers. The fibers' natural oils make the sweater water-resistant. The Jersey-stitched sweater has a tight, four-stitch-per-inch weave. The collars and cuffs have a roll edge. Sizes M, L, XL, XXL. (1 lb.)
