The electric kettle heats water to the perfect temperature for steeping tea (190º F), brewing coffee (198º F), or making hot chocolate (165º F). Simply add ground coffee to the press pot or fill the infusing basket with loose-leaf tea to brew authentic French press coffee or steep rich, robust tea. The station's digital timer allows you to quickly set your preferred steeping time and it beeps when your beverage is ready to drink. A warming plate under the press pot keeps brewed beverages hot.
