Unlike lesser umbrellas that require laborious hand-cranking to open, this market umbrella opens with a responsive spring that effortlessly spreads its 10' diameter canopy. A simple release of a cord and pull of a handstrap unlocks the spring, deploying the canopy's six 1/2" x 3/4" diameter steel ribs that keep the umbrella taut. When fully deployed, the canopy provides 80" of clearance. The umbrella is closed manually. Made of durable polyester coated with polyurethane, the canopy resists moisture, stains, and weathering. The 1 1/2" diameter aluminum pole screws together easily and fits snugly into a molded plastic base (not included). 10' H x 10' Diam. (12 lbs.)
