These are the sunglasses with a pliable frame that springs back to its original shape even if sat on or otherwise subjected to crushing forces. The flexible frames are made of TR90 memory nylon, a polymer with a molecular structure that "remembers" its original shape--they can even restore to their shape when completely flattened. Passing FDA drop ball tests, the shatter-resistant, polycarbonate lenses use built-in polarized filters aligned to within 2% of horizontal, unlike the industry standard 5%, providing maximum glare protection. The lenses are coated on both the inside and outside to resist scratches and moisture as well as smudges for easy cleaning.
