Four red flashing warning lights can be activated by simply sliding a lever on the handle; another push of the lever activates an emergency siren from the handle's built-in speaker to beckon assistance. The shaft is made from sturdy, lightweight aluminum and the handle from rugged ABS; two twist collars provide length adjustment from a fully collapsed and storage-ready 26" to its full 53 1/2" length.
