The electric cooker has four reservoirs that each hold a 3 1/2"-diameter pie crust and 1/3-cup of filling, and its 1,100-watt heating element produces 180º F heat that bakes piping hot homemade pies. Heat is emitted from the interior of the lid and the base, producing pies with perfectly browned top and bottom crusts and moist interiors.
