I expected to get rid of that "bllnd spot" and although it's still there, with the wider visibility I am more aware of the location of the cars to my rear sides. Once I adjusted my thinking and the location of the mirror, which takes a bit of figuring out and adjusting of your seat height, the tilt of the mirror, etc., it works fine. Just came back from a thousand mile trip and wouldn't want to drive without it. I have a 07 Camry and felt the side mirrors were just not sufficient as far as visibility so I am very satisfied with this additional visibility and worth the investment.

Only used it one week and am still trying to get used to the length of car directly behind me. Looks like it's a great idea, but I still look before I change lanes.

Properly adjusted for the driver (instructions included) it provides a panoramic view of all traffic behind; PLUS, it allows you to easily judge speed of approaching vehicles. Makes side mirrors unnecessary. For safety & convenience, these should be standard equipment.

My sedan's headrests interfere with seeing cars when turning head. It takes a little practice to know what to look for in a quick glance.The clip arrangement holds the 180-degree mirror securely. No vibration caused jittering.

Although the mirror provide a wider range of vision, it contracts all images. When I view another vehicle with the blind spot rear view mirror, the size of the vehicle is smaller and appears to be farther away.
