This gently sloped pillow provides a subtle incline that raises the upper body for relief from the symptoms of heartburn, sinus congestion, and snoring. The angled shape starts level with the bed and gently elevates sleepers, helping to avoid positions which can contribute to acid reflux and other digestive problems, and allows gravity to gently drain sinus passages. The pillow is crafted from two layers of medical grade polyurethane foam. Its anti-microbial treated 80% cotton/20% polyester velour cover zips off for washing. Use one pillow for a twin bed; two may be placed side by side on full-, queen-, and king-sized beds. Imported. 5" H x 26" W x 32" L. (2 lbs.)

I just went through two hip replacements over the past 3 months. The surgery forces the patient to lie on their backs with legs extended (I am normally a side sleeper). I did not have the wedge pillow for the first surgery and I suffered greatly (low back pain and inability to get comfortable and fall asleep). The second surgery was a dream as I obtained your wedge pillow. Not only did it relieve the low back pain but it was comfortable and allowed me to sleep much better!

This is probably a good product for many people, just not for me. I have difficulty sleeping and have severe sleep apnea. I wear a CPAP interface which dictates that I sleep all night on my back.I had hoped that the elevation would help keep my sinuses clear and perhaps it would but I found the foam too stiff and unyielding for comfort even with a soft topper. I tried two or three nights but awakened each time with a head ache and a sore back.It is well made and probably durable it's just not for me. No problem though, HS took it back without a problem and I traded it for a pair of slippers that I love.

Really Good Product - twice purchased
By No reflux now

Comments:
I purchased this product several years ago after being diagnosed with GERD. The product has held up and continues to support after all these years. My main use is to reduce acid reflux due to GERD. I was happy to see that they are still for sale and are the same size and incline. I purchased a second one to use at our lake house.

Big relief
By Becca
from Las Vegas, NV
I needed something to raise me up slightly but not disturb my husband. I had done research about various brands of wedges on many sites and was worried that this might have some of the drawbacks (bad smell, shedding cover, cheap workmanship, hard foam, too steep, etc), but was pleasantly surprised. The foam is firm, but comfortable, and the wedge is well made. Exactly what I needed.

Very comfortable and helps with sleeping. Good for those with back problems or those who have recently had surgery.

After years of stacking multiple pillows to cope with night-time reflux, I found relief with the Pillow Wedge. It combines the perfect incline with just the right height graduation providing a comfortable sleeping angle and relief from reflux.

THIS WORKS

My husband found it worth his adjusting to sleeping on a slant. His breathing has improved and he sleeps through the night much better.
Only product that I could find...

This is the only wedge pillow that I could find that met my physician's requirement of a length of 32 inches, as required for my acid reflux problem. All others were 24 inches long.
Ecellent product

I have used this product for two weeks now and it does what is claimed. It helps immensely with my Apnea issues while wearing a full mask. It is comfortable and the 5 inch height at the highest point is at the perfect height for my apnea pillow. The bottom of the wedge meets the mattress perfectly without rolling up on you. I would like to have seen this in memory foam however. The medical foam is comfortable but feel memory foam would have been the better choice.
Small edge too thin, doesn't last
By rekampam
from New York
I have used bed wedges for many years. Bought this one to replace an older, homemade wedge. At only 5" at the thick end, this makes the first 8"-12" of the thin edge too thin to effectively support the lower back. It seemed okay early on, but in a short time the small of my back was no longer being supported and felt curved and uncomfortable while sleeping. Finally had to get rid of this wedge. It also needed to be another 2"-4" wider to allow both arms to rest on the wedge next to the body and not fall off the sides of the wedge.
Wedge Not As Expected
By Papa

I thought I would like this to support my aging sleep habits, however, it did not work out for me. I kept slipping down the slope with my feet hanging over the end of the bed. My wife did not like the wedge, because of the way she makes our bed. O - My
