This is the indoor pressure smoker that cooks barbecue brisket in only one hour--five times faster than traditional methods. Combining a pressure cooker and smoker in one appliance, the device increases the internal pressure by 15 psi, cooking food up to 70% faster while causing wood chips to release their fragrant, flavor-enhancing smoke. The internal chamber requires only three to five wood chips (not included) to impart authentic barbecue smoke flavor onto food and all of the hot smoke is contained inside the vessel until the pressure is released. An adjustable four-level rack holds up to 4 lbs. of food--from sausages and ribs to a whole chicken. The pressure smoker also cold smokes cheese or fish, it can sear food prior to pressure smoking, and allows use as a traditional pressure cooker. With a digital timer. I bought the smoker for my husband because I thought it might work well for just the two of us. I had no idea it would be so easy and fun for him to experiment with new dishes and I can't believe you can get the great smoke taste in such short time and with such little work.

My indoor smoker is the best kitchen appliance I own. It smokes the food in record time and the flavor is the best I have ever made. This is the best smoker ever created. I cannot find anything wrong with this product. It is perfect.

I like have the ability to get a smoke flavor in the house. This is Minnesota. In winter you don't want to go outside to smoke. Best use so far is for Chicken, Pork. I am still experimenting with different types of wood chips. Clean up is also a snap. Very easy and not time consuming.Size. I would like to be able to smoke for invited guests. I am limited. I am very happy with it. My biggest complaint is the lack of a good recipe booklet. It is very limited in what it gives. I want more recipes, information on how to adjust time when adjusting portions. What wood chips works best for what recipe etc. Right now, I have to experiment with every thing a make.Every other pressure cooker has a way to get a replacement seal. You've got a lot of nerve charging three times the normal market value for a cooker that can't be maintained.

We have used it for smoking pork, chicken & cheese. We don't care for the cheese, but the product did an excellent job with the pork & chicken. Also, cleanup was a snap.When using this product, the smoke smell inside the house took for ever to fade. We found because of the smoke/order we prefer to cook outside. Plus when I ordered the unit, the small size was the only one available- we would have preferred a larger size.
