This compact digital camera effectively captures challenging low-light shots that are impossible with typical point-and-shoot cameras. Its 4X wide-angle iZuiko zoom lens (until now only available on SLRs) offers exceptional brightness (f1.8-2.5) and shutter speed (up to 1/2000 second) enabling crisp, grain-free shots on moonless nights or at venues where flash photography is forbidden, such as a museum or a theater. A large, highly-sensitive (ISO 3200) 10 megapixel (3664 x 2752) CCD pairs with an advanced image processor to capture detailed nuances of color for unsurpassed picture quality. Shots are composed on a 3" OLED monitor that displays subjects more vividly and with higher contrast than LCD screens. Images can be saved to an SD card up to 64 GB (4 GB card sold separately below). A dial around the lens provides SLR-like manual control when desired. Also takes high-definition 720P movies. Li-ion battery provides power for approximately 320 shots.
