A few problems.

Comments:
The "soft keys," including the menu selection and call log, are not particularly easy to fathom. My previous phone provided much easier access to the call log and when using the AT&T answering system there is no message light indicator on the phone.

Great phone set

This is probably more phone than we need for our home use (lots of bells and whistles), but we were tired of buying lesser systems that didn't last. So far, this is an impressive system that was relatively easy to set up and works well.

Had purchased an expensive phone system for my hearing-impaired father, but when he passed and I brought it home and used it, I was quite disappointed with it. Not good range, very unclear for others to hear me, etc. I am SO happy with your phone so far and look forward to many good years of clear phone conversations on it.

lacks the basics

The phone does not display date and time. It does not display caller ID for more than a fraction of a second, so if you aren't sitting right at the phone when it rings, you don't know who's calling. I have one phone line but the default display is Line 1, Line 2, and CL. You have to push way too many buttons to do anything. The buttons are not easy to push, they have a lot of resistance. Everyone raves that the phone even works, which shows how low our expectations are. I am very disappointed that the basic things are missing.

This is an excellent Telephone. It is easier to set and use. It is the most clarity phone on the market.It does not drop a call and the sound is as clear as a crystal. I will highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a phone.
Nifty features - but no clock?

Love the two-line plus cellular phone capabilities; do not care for the lack of a clock on base and handsets. Too many steps (Menu-down arrow x6-select-down 2x-select-select-select-yes/no) to reset missed call indicator, then 4 clicks to get back to main screen. Should be simpler. Disconnecting Bluetooth enabled devices so they can be used with cellular phones aggravating as well. Call clarity is fantastic, bluetooth range is quite a bit farther than stated, nice to have hold and speakerphone on hadset in addition to base. Nice selection for ringers and handset volumes as well.

I recently purchased this telephone as a replacement. It was easy to set up and easy to use. I especially like the feature of being able to listen to messages on the handset. I would definitely recommend this telephone.
