This is the remote control vehicle that executes unusually sharp, twisting turns in a motion more typical of an insect than a racecar. The vehicle's articulated front axle bends into curves while the rear axle bends away, resulting not only in sudden turns (up to 360º if desired), but also an eye-catching undulation that seems almost organic. With creative toggling of the turn lever, the car can even be made to writhe in place like a mechanical mantis. If the vehicle flips over, protruding "antennae" and a beetle-like wing case help you right the car. Though the car's movements seem complex, the controls are the straightforward left--right and forward-backward.
