Sometimes it takes several minutes before it registers. When it works, it is great, but probably a more advanced model would be better. I'll keep it, and see how it goes.

The heart rate monitor pulse oximeter is as accurate as claimed. I have checked mine out three times now with my doctor and the oximeter was dead on all three times. The pulse rate was within .01% or right on on all three occasions. I couldn't be happier!
