Good window fan just as Hammacher Schlemmer suggests it would be.I use it at night in the hot, dry California climate to blow cool night air into my main living space.Guaranteed to provide positive air flow. Saves on A/C use and ventilates with fresh air.

i bought this for my chicken coop.i use window fans in the hot summer months to cool the coops.i'am pleased with the volume of air that it puts out.and with one push of a buttom,i can use the exhust to pull in fresh air.very speedy delivery.and you can't even hear it running.

A Great Buy!

I have only had the fan one month but am very pleased with it. I live on the coast in Virginia so it is hot and humid most of the summer. The two upstairs bedrooms where the fan is used is about 400 s/f. I close the curtains to keep the sun out, crack the windows in one room, and set the fan on exhaust in the other room. I also use ceiling fans in both rooms. I do not have to turn on the central air as early in the year. It does a very good job especially at night or when there is a breeze during the day. It is very quiet. I am very satisfied.

We purchase two of these fans .. one for the upstair and one for the downstairs .. and each of them has performed to our expectations. They are quiet running yet quite efficiently move air in either direction. So impressive that each fan can both draw air in .. and draw air out .. simultaneously .. a feature we hadn't found in any other fan while shopping around. The fans are a great way to keep our home cool without having to shut the world out while using AC. Winter is long enough where we live .. with all the windows closed .. so the warm weather is a welcome relief and these two fans have already saved up money on our electric. A win-win : )

fits easily in our window and the screen can stay on too. the adjustment lever for the extenders is hard to pop out on the bottom with the weight of the fan pushing it back in every time. but otherwise easy install, love the remote and all the settings. using for hot georgia nights.
