Excellent product; clean,smooth shave!

Use it daily.As you age your beard becomes grey and the facial hair becomes hard to cut smoothly. Some days with other electric razors they would grind the hair or pull it out or make it lay down. Never got a clean close shave.This electric razor gives me the closest and cleanest shave I have ever had. It is a bit "boxie" but once you get used to it, then it is easy to handle. It takes about a week to get used to it. Finally, I still have not figured out how you clean it in that big black box that uses the soap cartridge. Have to ask my grandson about that one!
