Its four settings alternate different periods of rest with three minutes of motion, providing between 2,200 and 4,000 turns per day, so the watch rotors regularly power the mainsprings without overwinding. Inside the central compartment, the watch rests on a padded cushion and is nestled against a smooth simulated leather lining. The rugged ABS case has a polished burlwood grain finish, a protective lid with a see-through window and brass hinge, and a fabric-covered base that won't mar dresser tops. For a single wristwatch.
