It's only been a week so I can't speak to durability, but they are soft, comfortable, not too tight and most importantly, WARM! If your feet get cold at night when you sleep, this is what you need. They are worth every penny. (I did shop around and the prices were all the same).

Looks are deceiving.

The sock is too big, meant for someone with very large legs. They don't fit as snugly as shown in picture.
