The only thing I would improve on is the "lip" that holds the computer from sliding is not big enough for the weight of my laptop. My laptop is about 4lbs., so it slips off a lot. The fans are okay for ordinary use, but if I game, they aren't quite strong enough. The tray is very comfortable, and I like all the features it has. I will be keeping it because of the comfort, no noise,light weight and easy to use plug.
