This mattress pad was purchased for my mom who is always cold. She was having trouble sleeping because she was so cold at night, regardless of the room temperature and wearing multiple layers. She now sleeps soundly and comfortably. She commented that the hot may be too hot and she had to sleep with the mattress pad set at 5 or lower. She now looks forward to going to bed at night!
