This is the bathroom scale that calculates how many calories you will burn performing over 150 exercises and helps you achieve fitness goals. The scale uses your weight and personal information entered on its control panel to calculate how many calories will be burned by engaging in activities in its database (such as jogging, kick boxing, or jumping jacks). In addition to displaying weight, the scale employs the Harris-Benedict Equation to calculate metabolic rate and determine how many calories you need to burn each day to maintain your current weight. The scale stores information for up to four people and allows each user to select five favorite activities from the database that the scale will display first every day or input customized exercises.
