Made in Hawick, a Scottish Borders town renowned for its knitwear since the 1700s, this is the gentleman's pullover knit from 100% cashmere. The sumptuous sweater is handcrafted by a clothier with more than 135 years of history on the banks of the River Teviot, whose unusually soft water helps produce yarn with an incomparably soft hand. The sweater's raw cashmere wool is manually harvested once a year from the downy winter fleece of goats in Inner Mongolia, and only the smallest-diameter, 16.5-micron fibers are used, as thicker fibers lead a sweater to pill and lose its shape.
