This is the mosquito trap that most realistically mimics human body heat production to attract and eliminate mosquitoes across one acre. The unit generates constant heat from the center (mimicking the human neck) and intermittent heat on its dome that trick mosquitoes into thinking the warm spots are human veins, drawing them closer to the trap. The unit produces odorless carbon dioxide (the same gas people expel during respiration) using propane to lure the pests. Unlike lesser traps that only provide a single stimulus, this superior model also uses blue light, a color to which mosquitoes are naturally attracted. When mosquitoes approach the trap, a fan draws them inside where they expire in the collection chamber due to dehydration. With a one-button starter, then runs on its own thermoelectric power.
