The leather undergoes a vegetable tanning process that preserves its natural oils and rich, brown color and helps it become softer and smoother with age. The vest has two slit pockets to keep hands warm, a full-length zipper that secures the front while an overlay placket ensures protection from wind, and generous arm openings that allow complete freedom of movement.
