Handmade at a British artisan with five generations of experience, the cap’s leather is tanned from the coats of Spanish merino/entrefino sheep, whose supple yet rugged hides make them ideal for shaping into close-fitting headgear. While reinforced stitching on the crown seals out snowflakes and drafts, the fleecy interior helps insulate while wicking away excess moisture to prevent overheating. The ball-cap style has a long bill that aids visibility and protects the face from squalls, blizzards, and sun glare off fresh snow.
