Originally tweed patchwork caps were a symbol of Ireland’s working class, but their charm, durability, and warmth quickly made them sought after by the aristocracy. The squares of Irish tweed—renowned for its high quality—are hand-selected to create a patchwork with a rich array of colors and textures, evoking the diverse landscape of the Donegal Highlands. The underside of the hat is lined with viscose taffetta that is soft against the skin. Since the tweed squares are selected and sewn by hand, each cap is truly one of a kind. Imported.
