This is the camera that allows video recording and photography in a stunning 360° sphere. Images and videos up to five minutes long are captured by a pair of 180° fish-eye lenses, then stitched together digitally for a spherical view of the surroundings, from left to right and floor to ceiling. When transferred wirelessly to the included desktop software or mobile app, all images allow users to pan left or right, look up or down, or zoom in or out as if they were standing in the scene themselves. The app also acts as a remote shutter for shooting at a distance without holding the camera in hand—the camera operator will always be prominent in frame otherwise.
