If I order online, can I be assured that the transaction is secure?
We utilize SSL to ensure safe, secure transactions.

your confidential order information into a secret code that only we can read. This is the most
effective way to ensure that your order information is protected. We also require you to enter
your credit card number each time you order, since we do not want to store this sensitive information
on our site. Your credit card information is used only to process your order.

Where do I enter Source Codes and special Promotional Codes?
On the Shopping Bag page when you first view your cart. Enter your code in the box lablled: “Shopping from our catalog or through a special offer? Please enter the source code (from the back of the catalog) or the special offer code here.”
When will my credit card be charged?
For items that are in stock, your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped to you.
For items that are back-ordered, we will charge your credit card when we fill your order.
When I submit the order, what kind of confirmation will I get that you have received it?
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation (if you have set a username and password) that contains all the information you need to track the
delivery of your shipment online at Hammacher.com.
If I do not live in the US, can I still order online?
Yes! For those orders shipping outside of the USA, please send us an e-mail at
customerservice@hammacher.com or call 1-800-321-1484 or 1-513-860-3397 for applicable shipping charges. If you
do not call for a quote, your credit card will be billed for the actual charges for UPS International Delivery.
How do I order online from a print catalog?
Follow the four easy steps below when ordering online using a print catalog.
- Select Catalog Quick Order from the top navigation bar.
- Where "Item Number" is requested, enter the item number from the catalog, then click View Item."
- Confirm that the item on the product detail page is the item you wish to purchase.
- From the product detail page, click Add to Order to place your order.
