At Hammacher Schlemmer online you can be assured that your order
is safe. We utilize SSLTM
(Secured Sockets Layer ) technology which uses advanced encryption
methods to ensure that the information you send us is secure.
Online
Select the quantity, color, size, style, and accessories (as applicable) for the item you wish to purchase
and click "Add to Shopping Bag." From your shopping bag you can change the quantity of the items in your order,
request gift wrap (as applicable) for an additional fee of $5.95, or add a free gift message. Click "Continue Shopping" to continue browsing
or click on "Check Out" to purchase the item(s) in your shopping bag.
Catalog Quick Order
If you have received a print catalog and wish to order online:
- On the left side of the screen, locate "Catalog Quick Order"
- Enter the item number of the product (as listed in the catalog) where requested, and click on "Go"
- Your browser should direct you to a product detail page containing the item you requested. If the page is incorrect, double check the item number and enter it again under "Catalog Quick Order."
- If you would like to purchase the item, click on "Add to Shopping Bag." You can proceed to checkout from the Shopping Bag screen, or continue shopping by using the buttons at the bottom of the page.
By Telephone
If you prefer to place your order by telephone,
simply call us at 1-800-321-1484. We're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
By Fax or Mail
If you prefer to fax or mail in your order, simply click on the button below
to download an order form that you can print and fax or mail to our Operations Center. (This form supports US orders only.)
You will find the appropriate fax number and mailing address on the order form.

International Orders
For International orders, you can order online or call 513-860-3397.
Items that are Temporarily Out of Stock
Occasionally, the demand for an item will be greater than we anticipate.
This results in the item being temporarily out of stock. When this occurs, we do
everything we can to work with our supplier to obtain an additional shipment, and
then ship your order within 24 hours of receiving that merchandise in our
Distribution Facility. If you choose, you can order an item through our online
shopping cart even if it is temporarily out of stock: we will simply hold your
order until it can be fulfilled, and your credit card will not be charged until
your order is shipped.

Your Protection Under the Fair Credit Billing Act
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe.
This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges.
If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you,
up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted
through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
