Canada
Convenient delivery to Canada is available for only $14.95 per order in addition to our Standard Shipping & Service Charges shown above (U.S. funds). Most orders to Canada are delivered through our expedited ground service and arrive at your door within seven to ten days. Premium and Overnight Delivery are not available for Canadian Shipments. Orders destined for Canada will be cleared through customs and delivered by broker Russell A. Farrow. By placing your order to Canada you authorize Russell A. Farrow Limited to obtain customs clearance for your merchandise and remit applicable duty and taxes on your behalf to Revenue Canada, Customs and Taxation.

APO/FPO
Deliveries to APO/FPO destinations will be shipped parcel post. Due to transit time required, we strongly recommend a Premium Upgrade. When shipping to APO/FPO destinations, expect a little bit longer delivery time.

Returns and Exchanges
Should any product fail to meet your expectations for any reason, simply return it with proof of purchase. We will replace it, refund the cost of the item less shipping and service fees, or credit your credit card, depending on your original payment method. Please follow one of the options below.
Option 1
- Complete the convenient return steps outlined on the back of your packing slip using one of our pre-addressed* label options.
- Include your packing slip with your return package.
- Retain tracking number for your records.
* Use of the convenient pre-addressed A.R.S. label will deduct a fee of $10.95 from your return.
Option 2
- Missing your packing slip? Please print your order as proof of purchase and include with your return. To print please click here Order Status
- Indicate on your proof of purchase what item you are returning and if you would like an exchange or refund.

Sales Tax
State law requires us to collect sales tax on products shipped to states where we have stores or warehouses. On shipments to New York and Ohio*, sales tax applicable to the delivery address will be calculated during the checkout process; in Illinois a 6 1/4% sales tax will apply.
*In New York and Ohio sales taxes are calculated from the total sale plus shipping and handling charges.
