Slight tilts to the left and right turn the jet in flight, so young pilots can better imagine themselves at the controls of a military aircraft. Squeezing the throttle trigger increases speed and altitude. For less experienced pilots, the jet can be guided by the traditional manual stick method similar to video game controls. The remote control has a range of 150 feet. A pair of rear-mounted propellers provide thrust to the lightweight aircraft, propelling it at a top speed of 25 mph. A trim knob ensures that the jet always flies true, while detachable landing gear enables take off and landing on smooth surfaces.
