Hand manufactured from wood locally harvested on the Adirondack Mountains in New York, the cabinets can be used alone or stacked vertically to meet your space and filing needs. With a frame and body constructed from solid cherry hardwood and veneers, and reinforced with heavy-duty steel, and dovetail joints, the cabinets are constructed to last a lifetime. Finished with a cherry stain, the wood is also lacquer sealed and topcoated. Each features an anti-tip mechanism. For exceptionally heavy loads, the cabinets can
even be attached to a wall for additional support. Unit comes assembled, except for the hanging bars which require a Phillips screwdriver. Hand made in U.S.A. by a company that has been making quality wood bookcases and storage since 1907. The vertical design is a Hammacher Schlemmer exclusive.
