This portable device records a radio broadcast at the touch of a button, or at timed daily or weekly intervals, even when unattended, so you can play the broadcast when its convenient. Programmable for AM or PM, the device can also be used as a voice recorder. Fully compatible with Macintosh and Windows computers, the unit can record MP3s (USB cable included) from any audio source, including CDs, cassettes, and TV, without the need for a computer. The recorder also plays MP3, WMA, and RVF files, and it functions as an AM/FM radio (antenna is built-in). An easy-to-use interface employs few buttons, and the backlit LCD screen shows ID3 file tagging information such as artist and
song title (if present in the recording). The 128 MB built-in flash memory holds up to 9 hours of digital sound (or can store other digital data), and even more memory is available when an SD Memory Card (not included) is inserted in the built-in slot. Includes a digital tuner, 10 timer recording presets, line-in cable, a high-quality built-in speaker, FM cable, cradle, and earbuds.
