The caboose has a lift-up storage compartment for a favorite teddy bear "passenger" or the essential tools of a young railroad engineer. The motor, gearbox and all wiring are in a completely enclosed case, safely away from little hands, and two sturdy footrests help children keep their feet off the floor and maintain a stable seat on board. Designed for children from 18 months to 3 years and weighing up to 45 lbs., the train starts and stops with a simple push-button control, building confidence as children learn to control the train themselves.
