This is the classic Inchworm ride-on vehicle that can be ridden indoors or outdoors by bouncing up and down, which causes it to wiggle forward. It has the classic derby hat and friendly smile of the original model made over 30 years ago, and has a sturdy saddle with a comfortable handle that provides a solid hand hold. It has four 6" solid plastic wheels that click when it moves, and, although it does not move backwards for safety purposes, the front axle is widened to serve as a footrest, allowing children to coast when riding down hills. Minimal assembly. Ages 2-5. The manufacturer has confirmed that this item meets all U.S. Federal toy safety standards, including safety standards for lead. 34" L x 15" W x 15" H. (8 lbs.)
