The Smokeless Electric Grill.
This electric grill will not fill your kitchen with smoke because it has perforations in the grill plate that channel fat and juices to a removable drip pan. The grill's cooking surface is made from cast iron, a durable alloy that distributes heat evenly to ensure consistent cooking results and, unlike chemically-treated nonstick surfaces, cast iron is naturally nonstick. The 1,500-watt grill uses direct and radiant heat to reach 450° F, replicating the steak-searing capability of an outdoor grill, or the unit can gently warm vegetables at 350° F on the lowest setting. The 9 1/2" x 15" cooking surface ensures ample space for four N.Y. strip steaks. The grill's temperature adjusts with the turn of a dial, and the heat-resistant handles allow ease of portability.
