The Snore Relief Wrist Band. This device provides natural relief for snoring because its microphone can discriminate between ambient noise (such as an air conditioner, dehumidifier, or fan) and snoring and uses electrical signals that gently stimulate the median nerves located at the inner wrists without waking you. Snoring can be caused by loose soft tissues vibrating in the throat, and when the device detects snoring, it releases a signal that gently stimulates the body to shift position, stopping snoring. Clinical trials conducted by the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital showed that 80% of sleep study participants' spouses observed a decrease in snoring after two weeks of use, and participants experienced better sleep quality.
