Providing the full benefits of a complete weight set, yet weighing only 45 lbs., this exercise gym easily folds to store under a bed or in a closet. Instead of cumbersome weights, the trainer uses two sets of three color-coded elastic bands that clip to the padded handles and leg straps to create seven levels of resistance--equivalent to 5, 12, 17, 20, 25, 32, and 37 lbs. (includes five illustrated program cards with instructions for performing 39 exercises and 10 targeted workouts). The trainer's 2" tubular steel frame folds to 15" H x 13" W x 21 1/4" L to slip under a bed or store in a closet. The 2" foam-padded seat adjusts to three positions and a footplate provides stability to help you maintain correct form. An integrated easel holds the cards for convenient reference and storage.
