This digital scale tracks your body composition and sends the data wirelessly to a computer for easy tracking and motivation. The scale automatically recognizes up to eight users and instantly sends data about weight, body fat and body mass index to any computer, or iPhone or Android phone (using a free app). The companion website charts the data over time to help set goals. The software can also be used to log food intake and exercise to gauge how improvements (or setbacks) are affecting the long-term plan. The software doles out motivational badges for milestone achievements and, for further inspiration, connects to social networks for a competition function that challenges friends. The scale is accurate to within 1% and displays readings on a 21/4" panel.
