This is the baseball set that includes a bat and four balls that illuminate with LEDs for nighttime play. Unlike phosphorescent materials that fade after 10 minutes of use, the LEDs used in this set provide a bright red glow, easily visible from up to 100 yards on a moonlit night. Built to withstand the rigors of play, the bat's and ball's LEDs are activated upon contact (or by firmly shaking the ball)--the bat stays lit for 30 seconds while the ball stays lit for three minutes. The LEDs are powered by tiny lithium batteries that provide up to 20 hours of play with the bat and 40 hours for the ball. Made from buoyant polyurethane; ball is waterproof, bat is water-resistant. Also includes two plastic xisteras for playing catch. Ages 3 and up.
