The 19 Species Animal Wooden Ark

This is the oversized ark playset made of solid fir that includes 19 pairs of handpainted animals for recreating the classic story of Noah. The ark itself is nearly 2' long, and its four pieces, including the hull, shelter, roof, and boarding plank are sanded smooth by hand and finished with a non-toxic lacquer that will not chip, ensuring generations of play. The animals are made of soft, non-toxic vinyl and handpainted with meticulous detail, highlighting the blue and red and blue snout of the mandrill, the reddish brown coat and white cheeks of the roan antelope, and the stark white coat of the mountain goat. Species represented included the dove, black-tailed jackrabbit, striped skunk, aardvark, kinkajou, mandrill, mountain goat, golden jackal, Marabou stork, black asiatic bear, roan antelope, caribou, white-tailed deer, horse, northern fur seal, holstein cow, moose, southern giraffe, and African elephant. Each animal pair comes with an identification card indicating physical statistics, scientific name, range and habitat. Noah figure included. Ark intended for dry land play.
