This is the authentic classroom table used in primary schools and designed to accommodate a variety of ages thanks to its legs which adjust from 15" to 24" and its 1 1/8" thick laminate tabletop with sides that curve inward to provide ample elbow room and access to materials in the middle. The dual-screw table leg adjustment system ensures the table will remain steady. Unlike typical activity tables that use T-molded edging that separates easily from the wood, this tables edges are thermo-sealed, resulting in a moisture-resistant environment that inhibits the growth of germs. The upper sections of the tables legs are powder-coated 18-gauge steel and the lower section are chrome- plated. Rust-resistant nylon swivel glides on the bottom of each leg prevent carpet snags and keep the table level.
