This is the award-winning bone-in ham that captured judges’ tastebuds at the International Fancy Food Show in New York, the gourmet world’s highest honor. The ham is rolled in brown sugar and cracked black peppercorns, then hung in a smokehouse over hickory for no less than 22 hours. This no-water-added ham is made the old-fashioned way, arrives fully cooked, and simply requires oven warming and slicing to preference. Includes a jar of Hogwash—a tasty condiment with horseradish, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Serves 10-12 people. (7-8 lbs.)

  • Fully cooked, Ships frozen; refrigerate upon receipt.
  • Can be served warmed or at room temperature.
Instructions
  • Thaw in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
  • To warm, bring to room temperature, remove from packaging, and wrap tightly in foil
  • Warm in preheated 325-degree oven for one hour for half ham.
