This is the kit that produces a 26"-long four-string electric ukulele. Inspired by the cigar box instruments that first appeared in the mid-19th century and the world-famous instrument synonymous with Hawaiian culture, this ukulele can be played acoustically or with your preferred amplifier (cable/amp required). Assembly being part of its charm, the instrument includes four strings (A, E, C, and G) that tighten using modern tuning pegs on the headstock, but retain classic features such as a screw used for the bridge and a bolt used for the nut.
