Users simply insert their feet into the soft cloth-lined pockets and wrap the calf sleeves around their legs for a vigorous 15-minute session. Six slowly rotating nodes provide a deep-focused, penetrating Shiatsu massage along the full length of each sole, while two additional stationary nodes target tension on either side of the heel. The foot wells and calf sleeves inflate and deflate to provide a compression massage that kneads out tension along the top of the foot and around the lower legs. The massager also has an optional heat setting to warm the soles to promote relaxation, circulation, and healing.
