Both cakes are handmade and baked in the heart of England with traditional ingredients such as juicy sultanas, currants, raisins, and tangy mixed citrus peel. The classic fruitcake contains glace cherries while the spiced fruitcake is enhanced with apricots, orange oil, and spices including cinnamon, coriander, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, and cloves.
