Each caplet includes a combination of vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, B12, as well as niacin, pantothenic acid, choline, calcium, inositol, and bioflavonoids. These vitamins and minerals may promote circulation in the ear (helping to maintain the flexibility of microscopic inner ear hairs and improve the flow of fluids within the ear canals).
