These are the glasses with a patented tapering design that enhances the flavor of whiskey, brandy, and other spirits. Their tulip-shaped necks trap the burning scent given off by ethanol fumes, allowing the fragrances and flavors that comprise a beverage’s distinctive bouquet to reach the nose. Enhancing the taste of fine spirits—unlike cylindrical rocks glasses that enable a spirit’s aroma to dissipate—the glasses’ design has earned 10 industry awards and made them sought as judges’ vessels during tasting competitions.
